Terms of use

To read you need an account with an email you confirm by code. You're responsible for your password and for what happens with your account. You must be at least 16, or have a parent's permission.

When you buy a product you get the right to read, listen to or watch it for yourself, on the web and in the app, with no time limit. You don't buy the copyright: the product may not be shared, resold, copied for others or published.

Free products are taken in one tap and stay in your library.

Prices are in euros and include everything. You pay by card through Paysera, on digjitale.shop. The product appears in your library as soon as the payment is confirmed.

All products are digital, with no physical delivery. The product appears in your library right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

Before paying you agree to give up the 14-day right of withdrawal, because the content is delivered immediately. You get a full refund if the file won't open or doesn't match its description and the problem isn't solved within 48 hours, or if you were charged twice. All details are on the Refunds and delivery page.

The seller of all products to buyers is digjitale.shop. Authors and creators who publish on the platform are paid by digjitale.shop separately, outside the buyer's payment.

Creators publish only content they wrote or have the right to sell. Every product is reviewed before publishing. The creator gets 95% of the price of every sale; the platform keeps 5%. Products that infringe others' rights are removed.

Creators can write books with the help of AI, paying in words. Purchased words don't expire and aren't refunded once used; unused words are refunded within 14 days of purchase. The creator is the responsible author: they read and edit the book and guarantee it doesn't infringe others' rights. Text written entirely by AI may not be fully protected by copyright. Erotic books, copies or imitations of existing books, books that defame real people, hate and dangerous instructions are not allowed. Every book is reviewed before publishing and always shows the label "Written with AI, edited by" the creator's name.

A creator can promote a published product for 5 € for 30 days. A promoted product shows first only where it fits: in its category, in searches that include it and in Mira's suggestions when it fits the question. It always carries the label "Promoted". Promotion doesn't change the price, ratings or description, and isn't refunded once started, unless we remove the product through no fault of the creator.

Sharing purchased files, sharing your account, removing protection from videos or files, and using the platform for anything illegal. In these cases we may close the account.

Mira is an automated (AI) assistant and can make mistakes. Her suggestions are not professional advice.

When we change these terms, the date above changes. For big changes we email you.
