Deleting your account

Open the digjitale app, go to Profile (the icon at the top right of the Library), and at the very bottom tap "Delete account". Confirm and the account is deleted right away.

Email info@digjitale.shop from your account's email with the words "Delete my account". We delete it within 48 hours and confirm by email.

Your account (name, email, password), library, where you are in each book, notes, reading preferences, the daily reminder and your chats with Mira.

Paid orders remain without your name and email, because the law requires us to keep them for accounting. Purchased books aren't refunded and deletion can't be undone.

If you have published products as a creator, write to info@digjitale.shop. We close the account together, so your buyers don't lose their books.
